Im about to start my cycle of clen, i have the dosage chart and i will only run up to 100mcg slowly bumping up because it is my first run at this. but i have a few questions i need cleared up for i take the dive. diet is in check along with training.
1st: does each .1ml equal 20mcg?
2nd: I was told to not drink while on clen because of blood pressure and heart rate. now normally i wouldnt drink alcohol on a cut, but my wife bought yankees tickets that are about a week and a half away for my birthday so would it be safe to drink alcohol?
