What's up guys,
Was talking to this dude today, and he said that race horses take creatine also, but a special blend. Did a search over the net for awhile on it and it's composition, but can't find anything about it.

I wonder what would happen if a human took it?

well, u dont die from it....ive tried it and its not much diferent than other creatine,i stopped cause i was taking too many animal supplements, there cheap as ...b12,aminos etc, i havent turned into a horse yet.

in aust u can get b12, etc for shit cheap, like $8 aus for 100ml of b12, $30 aus for 100ml of creatine, only problem is getting juice!!
