What I like to do if I drink, is as soon as I get up in the morning, take some amino acids (or protein shake with water) and hit the elliptical for about 30 minutes. Later on in the day (after I've ate enough) I'll go do my normal workout and do another 30 minutes of cardio.
Like I said, 1 night of drinking isn't going to do serious damage to what you've accomplished so far. Just make sure to not eat crap food when you're drunk. Even though it sucks, I'll choke down a chicken breast while my friends are all hitting up taco bell.
