    Critique my cicle

    After long thinking I came up with this cycle that resembles my first cycle I did and that was very effective(deca 200mg/week + winstrol 20mg/day for 8 weeks)

    let me know what you think

    data: 178cm, 79kg @15%bf, 28yo, purpose: bulking

    andriol 40mg/day (it is testosterone)
    deca 400mg/week
    winstrol 30mg/day


    week 2-4 @3500kcal
    andriol 40mg/day
    deca 200mg/week
    winstrol 30mg/day

    week 5-6 @4000kcal
    andriol 40mg/day
    deca 250mg/week
    proviron 50mg/day

    week 7-10 @4000kcal
    andriol 40mg/day
    deca 250mg/week
    winstrol 30mg/day

    week 11-12(between cycle and recovery) @3000kcal
    winstrol 30mg/day
    proviron 50mg/day


    week 13-16 (recovery) @2500kcal
    week 13-14 hcg 1000x3 a week
    week 13-16 clomid 100mg/day or 1 week then only 50mg/day for 3 weeks
    week 13-16 letrozole 0.75mg/day

    Whats your height in feet and inches??, 2500 cals isnt alot for a bulking cycle and i think the cycle it self is poor...

    Terrible cycle, you are running deca with no test? That's a no no

    Not to mention you start winstrol and run it for 4 weeks than take 3 weeks off before running it for another 3 weeks?

    PCT needs work, clomid should be 100/50/50/50 no need for 3 weeks of 100mg per day, also through in Nolva at 40/20/20/20

    Also its called OFF CYCLE meaning you can't run any anabolic compounds, so no Winny or Proviron during off cycle (not that 50mg proviron will make a difference).

    5'10", 175lbs...

    I agree with Matt. Cycle and pct are poor. Calorie intake is not in line with stated goal.

    Okay guys, I hate to be the one to say this, but Andriol IS test. Granted, that's a wicked low dose of the stuff and still a crappy cycle plan.

    40mg of Adrol isn't going to keep your dick from going south, maybe it will who knows. I wouldn't take the chance.

    5ft 8in
    2500 cals is for the first week only, I go up to 4000+

    last time I didn't recover properly so I thought of taking more clomid
    ...anyway, aren't clomid and nolva used for the same thing (estrogen blocking)

    week 11-12 are still cycle time since deca is still in the bloodstream; why are you saying off cycle?

    you sure? how many do you suggest then, my mainteniance level is 2000kcal/day, here the mean value is 3450kcal:

    week 1 @2500kcal
    week 2-4 @3000kcal
    week 5-6 @3500kcal
    week 7-10 @4000kcal

    Poor cycle, poor diet, poor PCT, don't blame the steroids when you find you are dissapointed with the gains you make on this "bulker".

    Given your age, height, and weight your basal metabolic rate is about 1800 cals. Add a desk job and your maintenance needs are over 2100. Throw in some good old fashioned exercise and all of the sudden you're under maintenance. As far as how much you need? I can't really answer that 100% because I don't know your activity level. Your calories don't need to bounce around like that. "Mean" calories over a few months means nothing to your body. It either gets what it needs to do the job or it doesn't. There are a bunch of sites that will help you determine your caloric needs. You probably already visited one (and maybe entered your stats wrong?). Try again, visiting a few to get a good feel for where you want to be, as there is some minor variance.

    Awful awful awful......... Fix that diet. Calories as stated are way too low.... 2000 calories a day maintenance..... You do realize that's a normal intake..... Bulking i go 3000-4000 a day.

    I think my girl eats more then that and shes 115lbs.

    At that point I'm just asking why taking steroids at all? Fixing your diet and training hard you can still gain some nice mass anyway...then if you really wanna use gear I'll go for something more 'consistent' on the dosage side...just my impression ^^

    what do you mean? I just thought that if I start with 4000 from the beginning and the gear is fake, I get fat very quickly, that's why I start low

    i stand corrected you do have test in there but its at such a low dose its not gonna do anything for you imo.

    the point is that I don't want to run sustanon @500mg/week because I don't really need all that to gain weight, I will do a mild cycle

    AND I cannot progress naturally, I've been stuck for 1 year

    people told me the diet is wrong but I never wrote it down

    I told you that for the 1st cycle I took no test and I gained 12kg (around 26 pounds) and no sexual problems

    And then tapered back down to 2500 by before pct = piss poor for bulking and maintaining gains. I did read it all. The first time.
