go check out the diet section
natural peanut butter, low fat cottage cheese, red meat, casein protein.
even still nothing is going to last you through the night, ecto or not.
set you clock, wake up, eat and go back to sleep.

You can wake up in the middle of the night and eat, but in my opinion, that's a little excessive (unless you wake up STARVING). Just make sure you have a before-bed meal, have it include either a dairy or lean red meat source of protein and a healthy fat like nuts and you'll be good. I like around 40-50g protein, 15-25g fat. In fact, I do 3/4c Cottage Cheese, 4oz London Broil, 1 tbsp PB, 4 fish oil caps and a multivitamin.![]()

I wouldn't purposely wake up just to slam down a shake but if you regularly wake up to piss anyway then I see no harm in having a shake ready and slamming it down really quickly. Remember you grow while you sleep, so don't sacrifice it.
