and when do you plan on starting your next cycle?
Just a few weeks. My metab is fast, i eat like horse, suck down 2 gallons of water at work alone, work outside in 100 heat all day, so its hard for me to keep good size. any suggestions? Are you implying i extend to 8-10 weeks on Tst? thanks

Test should be run for atleast 10-12 wks....12 wks being the most popular choice...

run this cycle. post cycle. take the proper time off and then plan your next cycle.
Is this test E? Run it 10-12 weeks not 6.

Your 5'10, 200 lbs. at 10-12% bf and you don't think you have decent size? Am I missing something here?
Its a struggle to stay around 200 with shedding so much weight in summer months. I was once solid 220. After losing 20+lbs, i feel weak and want to get back up to 220. any suggestions on what my next intake should be? Thanks again
It sounds like you work construction! If that's the case it's gonna be a bitch trying to maintain the gains from a cycle unless you get the calories up!
I lost a few kg while I did laboring in construction on my last uni holidays. You only get to eat twice a day while you are there for 10 hours, you don't get long to eat, plus you are in the sun sweating and working, burning off heaps of calories. I find it impossible to gain and nearly impossible to maintain weight while working construction.
Thanks gentlemen, Ill run it for 12 weeks, and switch to slamming two protien shakes with water instead of slamming one huge-high calorie one with milk, that should add up a few more calories, plus drinking 2 cups of milk on hot day makes it rough on the port-a-potties.
