    Week 7 test e & deca

    I just finished week 7 of 500mg test e & 300mg deca. Strength gains have been amazing!!! I'm getting a lot fuller and harder, and its not from water retention either. I'm keeping my calories around 2500-3000/day because I don't want to blow up like a ballon. I've gained 10lbs so far, which is not much considering what i'm using, but this is what i'm aiming for.

    haha he probably wanted to share his experience with you guys !! he keeps his cals down because of he doesnt want to become like a pregnant chick

    I'm sharing my results with you guys.....isn't that what we're supposed to do here, give adive, take advice, share our experiences???? I'm telling you that even with a low cal diet, i'm still getting tremendous gains in size and strength, without much water retention....mostly due to the fact that i'm on a high protein, low cal diet. So it can be done without going on a 5000 cal/day diet. Do I need to clarify anything else??? No wonder why newbies don't share their experiences here, they get their heads ****** off one somone doesn't understand what they typed.....

    I think your estrogen is way too high man. Start an AI ASAP!

    were only playing bro, but you did post in the wrong section members cycle results would be better for you but im glad your making the progress you want.

    how do we know his calories are too low when we dont know his stats?

    I dont consider 3000 calories a day low.

    for someone of my stature i would consider 3000 low. for the average person no. again for all we know the OP could be a buck fifty.

    from my experience and others, 5000+ calorie a day diet people that you supposedly have to eat usually results in a fair amount of unwanted bodyfat.
