I'm telling you that even with a low cal diet, i'm still getting tremendous gains in size and strength, without much water retention....mostly due to the fact that i'm on a high protein, low cal diet. So it can be done without going on a 5000 cal/day diet. Do I need to clarify anything else??? No wonder why newbies don't share their experiences here, they get their heads ****** off one somone doesn't understand what they typed.....
