kidney soreness??

I've become a little paranoid over the last couple days about my kidneys. I have no trouble urinating, and the urine is clear. The only problem is, my left lower side of my back is sore. I pressure cleaned a house over the weekend, I'm wondering if that could be the cause. No temperture either. Is this something I should be concerned about as of now?

yea you might have just pulled a muscle around that area! prssure washing a house is strenuous work! if you had a kidney probs urinating may be painful or it may be discoloured. also some kidney problems cause you to pass blood when u pee.

friggin sweet. No worries then. Is it okay or a good, bad idea to give blood while on cycle? To get rid of the hemoglobin?
