Hello well let me start and in short say i have learned quite a bit since i have been here and thank you to all. I have noticed alot about myself will give examples of how i grow. Ok last year had lost alot of weight hit gym with a decent cycle from march 22 I was 149 lbs. I cycled test 400 at 600 mgs a week and deca 300 at 500 mgs a week. By the end of my cycle i was 195 even and never lost a pound. I stopped working out eating earlier this year because of a job. I got to 180 even that was in febuary. In april i was up to 198 where i am now. and that natural. So i have noticed that my body has astounding muscle memory component. I can grow quickly but only to about this weight. I have tried ever thing when it comes o lifting and eating. From 5000 calories a day to just protein strict diets with over 400 grams of protein. Im planning to cycle in order to break past this plateau.

Ive been lifting hard for the past 3 years constantly.
My past cycle history is 1 st cycle was strait deca 300 at 600 mgs a week. Well just say i didnt research lost all gains. last year my second cycle and well as you can see i did very well.
Now my proposed cycle this time is goign to be very simple in short,
weeks 1-4 Test prop 300 mgs a week
weeks 1-4 Test E 300 mgs a week
weeks 5-12then test e 600 mgs a week weeks 5-12
pct will be hcg at 500 ius a day and clomid 2 weeks after my last shot.
Im looking to put on a solid 20 lbs.
