30 mins every 3 days will not hinder muscle gains.

I agree with AJ on this one.

Besides staying lean, cardio helps work your heart.

To each his own, but I've gotten away from this idea of bulking as consuming everything in sight, and putting on 30lbs of muscle *and* fat.

    none.

normally i run at least an hour a day. but if you have a high metabolism, like myself, your body will burn up a ridiculous amount of calories from any sort of cardio. I even try to pace myself when I walk. lol!

do cardio 20-30 min 2-3 times a week first thing in morning on emty stomach youl keep fat gain down and help your heart and that wont hinder gains being your doing it on a emty stomach so mostly fat is burned its kinda the point but iw ouldnt do cardio after meals or dureing the later hours when you want cals to go to muscle

Honestly I don't know how anyone can get up and go do Cardio on an empty stomach early in the Morning.. lol.. I am just not a morning person !! I know I have to start doing it eventually... I just never have...

    ANYWAYS...

Whilst Bulking.. I recommend 15 minutes.. low intensity .. like a walk at 4.0mph 1%incline on Treadmill... 5 days per week...

That is my official recommendation for BULKING CARDIO !!

Sometime i would do a circuit training type of routine. basically work out for an hour hitting every bodypart 2X a week in between normal training. the 2 days i did this I would have a 140+HR for the whole hour working almost like cardio. this way your are burning fat but still in an anabolic state!

^15 min ain't gonna cut it.

At 15min you're body's just getting warmed up,

and you're not really getting into a position to burn fat.

    30min 3-4 times a week is fine.

    Really??

I don't believe that bro.. not saying that you aren't correct which I am sure u are but I know that at 15 minutes... If I am doing it correctly... my HR is up at least 140-145bpm consistent... but then again I do HIIT... ok so yah maybe that has something to do with it... regardless I know that after 15-20minutes scratch that not know but THOUGHT that anything over 15minutes you start burning MUSCLE not FAT. AM I WRONG BRO??

Please don't be one of those people who think that when you 'bulk' you have to stay seated and eat everything in sight and act like lard ass.

When I bulk, I do 40 mins (at around 3.5 mph) first thing in the morning. It helps a lot to keep me lean and I never had trouble gaining weight.

Dude, obviously people gain weight differently. I guarantee I have a lower BF% then you, and I do ZERO cardio. It really depends if you're a hard-gainer or not. I just don't gain weight easily.. so yes I am "one of those people who think that when you bulk you have to stay seated and eat everything"

I even eat chicken breast + a protein shake while i'm mid-workout now..

Ok, that's great for you... but I'm talking to the OP, and at 16% BF, I doubt he's your 'type'.
