There's lots of evidence to refute that soy could hurt you on cycle...look at Nark - he used it as a primary source of protein and I wouldn't say he looks like a woman...

Either way, limit yourself to one whey shake PWO, and maybe another before bed(Casein). Eat real food!

Yes, different types - chicken, beef, fish....

    Eat meat!

I would pm narkissos and ask him to email you the information he's gathered on soy protein.

I doubt you'll find many people that think more than 2 shakes a day is optimal...

The thing to understand about "estrogenic" foods is that they do not necessarilly raise estrogen levels in the body. In fact, they can help to lower them.

Some estrogenic foods, or progesterenic for that matter, have other phytonutrients within them that help to lower estrogen levels in the body.

Also, your body only has a certain amount of estrogen receptors in the body, so the free floating estrogen plays musical chairs with them, some make it to the receptor and some dont. Now, there are different forms of estrogens that can make it into the body. Xeno-estrogens have the strongest effect and are the most harmful, food based estrogens are the absolutely lowest, lower than our natural production.

So if you already have estrogen floating around from using AAS, eating too many refined foods or chemicals etc, than the food based estrogens are gonna lower it simply by the fact that your receptors are LOADED already with stronger acting estrogens, so rather tahn having 100% harmful and strong estrogens floating around and only those landing on the receptors you are now adding less powerful versions into the mix which will now hit receptors and actually lower the overall estrogenic countent in your body.

Going back to soy, I have used it and I still would use it. But never more than a couple times a week. Almost ALL soy you get is GMO now and then they weak estrogenic effects can be multiplied greatly and it can become a xeno estrogen.

If people wanna take in soy based products in general I would buy ones that are organic or already fermented, some tempeh, miso (horny lol) and natto would be good.

As if a there is some special protein that is specified for use while on steroids? LOL! Whey is the best protein for your shakes. I think Isopure is the best. Other than that, steak, chicken, and eggs, are the best, and fish is a decent source.
