Well I started my first cycle on June 19th. I am 50yrs old and at the time weighed 282lbs. I posted my intentions;

and got some good feedback. Mostly about diet..weight...and possible sides from running cycle @ my age/weight.
Let me say that most of that feedback was right on....the sides...water retention...bp....heart rate....all of it...good stuff....
Of course I did the cycle anyway....not because I have disregard for what I was told but...about two years ago I was put on an SSRI...Paxil. Well I gained a shitload of weight and it seemed no matter what I did I could not drop the weight. So when people said loose the weight first I really didn't think I could. As it turns out when I googled paxil and weight gain it turned out that it is very common (the associated weight gain) and can be a lot of weight as it was for me. It is also true though that for a while I didn't work out hardly at all and pigged out so in fairness I am not a victim...but it makes me feel better to say paxil had a role. I was taking it for anxiety. So....
I started researching cycle info and decided on 600 mg test cyp/orig 100mg NPP every other day which I quickly changed to 200 every other day, and 4iu of HGH and t-4 (which I have since dropped). For estrogen I was using just Proviron @ 50mg a day moving up to 100mg a day. After about 4 weeks the water gain was rediculous (ankles twice their normal size) and my nips looked like they were getting puffy so I started A-Dex @ 50 eod. Seems to have helped the water for sure.
So my point is that the sides were pretty intense and a little scary for me. My BP went from 115/80 to 145/80. Resting heart rate went from 55 to about 70. I became more easily winded. Today it's not as bad as in I am more accustomed to the sides and the water is reduced. My weight went from 280 to 295 really quick because of the water..today I was back at 287.
My strength has increase quite a bit..most noticeably in my bench. b4 I was doing a couple sets of 10 reps @ 225 and now I can do a couple sets of say 8 @ 275 and a decent set of 5-7 @ 315. b4 I would max @ 1 rep @ 315.
So I guess I am just posting this here to see what happens. I know I have learned a lot from other peoples contributions so this is mine.

So it ain't all that as far as change goes (in my eye) but I have had a lot of comments @ the gym and elsewhere.... mostly.."r u on juice"?....kind of annoying...
Well thats my story thus far..I will say that I am really enjoying the cycle and I seem to smell a little different with the "stuff" I am taking...I like the smell..my wife says she doesn't really notice.
I have been improving my diet...I have tried cardio in the am and then working out later but it's just a little much for me....I have pretty intense workouts as it is and I hate working out in the afternoon..I am and have always been an am person.
