    Meal 1:
    5 whole eggs drop this to 6 and add fibrous green veg

    Meal 2:
    Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter = 1 level tablespoonwith water.

    Meal 3:
    8 oz. of lean meat with large bowl of green salad with 1 Tbsp flax/Olive oil and vinegar make that medium bowl of salad

    Meal 4:
    Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water. If this is your post workout shake drop the Peanut Butter as it greatly slows the digestion of the protein

    Meal 5:
    8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts = 20 grams + add 1 tsp of oil + Fibrous green veg (I recommend Braham and Murray's Good Oil)

    Meal 6:
    8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts. Same as above


    This is my diet but i was thinking of running tren, wini with it what yous guys think? im just hoping to lose some body fat im 14 stone 5/11 training back 5 days a week atleast. Can you guys please help me out a little i only fancy jagging the glute.

    My other plan was just to run the diet and train hard and see how i do on weight if i lose a decent bit and toan up a little.

    and write your diet in micro form. ie: protein/carbs/fats/cals

    Sorry i dont ave a no much im 19 years old 20 in november im not to sure about my bodyfat i dont have a camera or i would send a picture, we change our training everyday mostly circut training ive also startd doing 35mins cardio weight loss but my diet is bad i feel asif im wasten my time thats why im here from help with yous guys, i was 11 stone went on sus and deca and did good from it but chuckd gym just got back into it for 3 months as ive been out partying alot and enjoyin life but i would like to turn it around and do something decent with it.

    Agree with the others; please post the macros for your diet. Also 'lean meat' won't cut it if your trying to cut weight. I'd recommend a poultry such as chicken or ground turkey.

    Cycle Exp : Sus and deca

    I dont understand all this diet stuff thats the reason im on these forums please help sorry for lack of info.

    I would spend sometime in the diet forum, post your diet there and you'll get all the help you need.

    Go to the training forum and post your training program, you'll also get all the help you need there...

    At this stage imo your no where near ready to cycle, you need to diet and train hard for another 4/5 years before thinking about another cycle...

    Listen to Matt - he knows what he's talking about. No steroids as of now - but there are great people in the Diet section like Jamy, Phate and Nark who will make you think your on gear with the great results you see. So post in the Diet forum and you'll be good to go.

    For your sake please do not cycle again, you may have been lucky the first time but you risk serious health issues by running any kind of cycle at you age and Bf%...
