Greetings all you out there. I need your help, an input on what you think is best for me. Lets start from top.
I am a male.
29 years old
about 180 punds
5'9"
body fat is around 12% (it was 8% 2 months ago) I could not train in the summer
My diet is usually good just not this last 2 months
What i want? I want to keep the same weight, loose fat but get stronger and more endurance.
I have been training hard for about 3 years. I train a crossfit sport alike. But last two months or so I could not train because of my work. Even before those two months I had decided on trying something to get me even better. Be able to run faster and do more push-ups and things like that.
I was thinking of just winstrol but what do you all think?
