Ok guys, I'll start off by saying Lions Clen and T3 work! I've lost 12lbs in 2 weeks... But with that weight loss went my strength, I mean I feel like a little bit$h in the gym right now...
Stats are:
age 30
weight was 220 now 208... not sure percentage but im pretty lean now
was benching 315 at 5 reps... now I struggle to get one rep
All areas of my routine have suffered major strength loss....
My question is? Is this normal?? Im thinking its because the Clen is sucking all the water out of my muscles, but I drink plenty... piss every 30 min is seems like... Has any one else came accross this issue??
