I believe that I have all necessary supps for my cycle. I thought that I ask if Im placing them in the correct order for maximum potential as well having ALL necessary supps:

7am - 1 cap spawn, multi, triple omga 3 6 9, 2 caps glucosamine, 2 caps life support, 2 caps l-arg/ l-orthanine

1 pm - 1 cap spawn

pwo shake with bcaa's ( pill form )

7pm - 1 cap spawn, 2 xcaps glucosamine, 2 caps life support, 2 caps l-arg/l-orthanine

Any suggestions?

BTW, I also have a diet thread going for this as well...
