    Hey all

    Hi im from the central coast just north of Sydney Australia i weigh around 112 kg am 6'1" tall and been training for about 2 years and on and off for the last 10

    Thanks for the welcome everyone i must say i do like this site ive asked several questions and havent been abused so thats a big improvement on some of the others i have looked at
