You may experience thinning of hair. You could start supplementing with Biotin sublingually. 5,000mcg/ED (5mg). If you do, also take some B-complex 100 once a day alongside it.
If you have a proper diet, you'll see some lean gains. Seems you cannot do PM's yet. I'll just go ahead and post a bulk diet for ~160lb dude. Eat like this and you may be able to add like 7-9lb's.
With this diet, eat every 2.5-3 hours. You can change the times to what suits your needs.
