Not really a shot that shows a lot of what's going on (as it's angled, and your torso's twisted on top of that).
You look pretty thick though. Holding some fat in the lower back I can see.
Are you doing cardio at present?
haha yea I know its not the best of pictures, its hard when you have to take them by yourself![]()
but yes I am holding some fat, I am doing 45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week, I have been doing this now for about 2 1/2 weeks current weight is 200lbs want to get down to about a cut 185, then do a lean bulk.

32" damn, the size of your back makes it look alot smaller then that. I need to lose alot of fat there, I went from 38" to 34 1/2" now so I am happier.
