How much arimidex?

500mg test e ew with no bloating and a strict diet;how much ari?
First time with ari;is there something else I should know,side effects?
Should I wait until the bloat becomes an issue to use it?

good starting dose is .25mg eod, unless your prone to sides ppl would recomend only having it on hand in case you need it. Running AI when they are not needed lessons there abilities when you might REALLY need them.

so start the cycle and if you get bad acne, bloat, nipple sensativity ect then start taking it at .25 eod and up to .5 eod if you have to.
