Question about Sterile glasses..

i was searching for sterile vials empty ones to mix the HCG, but as i recall i was told that i mix it with sterile water...
i called the pharmacy asked him about an empty sterile vial he said they don't have they have it with sterile water (he also added its salty water) asked if i can mix HCG with it he said no you can't..
so how's the procedure how does it work ?

help any1 !! i prefer taking hcg on cycle not after i finish... worried about sperm production and test shutdown, in addition to shrinking of the penis.. any suggestions guys ? any replacement ?
