hi guys and gals
been looking through the forum and what a great site
my name is mark im 31 living in the uk . i have always been a big lad (fat) 3 months ago i was 294lb i am now i am now 275lb just from changing my diet (cutting out all the sh*t) i have been going the gym now for about 3 weeks mainly doing cardio .
Ill prob just be browsing the forum looking for ideas on training and what to eat as im a complete novice and ill prob ask some stupid questions so bare with me ..
