    hi ppl

    hi guys and gals

    been looking through the forum and what a great site

    my name is mark im 31 living in the uk . i have always been a big lad (fat) 3 months ago i was 294lb i am now i am now 275lb just from changing my diet (cutting out all the sh*t) i have been going the gym now for about 3 weeks mainly doing cardio .

    Ill prob just be browsing the forum looking for ideas on training and what to eat as im a complete novice and ill prob ask some stupid questions so bare with me ..

    welcome,i would suggest going ahead and go to the diet forum, read the stickies then post you diet with macros, also include your stats and goals, wt training will accelerate your wt loss. good luck.
