About to start bulking

Hey guys I am new to this form and I am about to start a bullking cycle this will be my 3rd cycle
My stats are:
25 years old 5'11" 190 11%bf

Dbol: Weeks 1-4
Test E: Weeks 1-16
Deca: Weeks 1-16

I want to take an ancillary along side the cycle...possibly .25mg of arimidex once a day. Not positive on what would be best to take or how much but have pleanty of arimidex and nolvadex on hand.
PCT will probably be hcg and novladex for alteast 30-45 days.
I am still working on getting a good diet down and something that works with my school and work schedule.

and u didnt even give us the dosages of how much test/deca or dbol ur running lol

so think u should pst that up lol

as for arimidex .25 to .5mg is enough daily, it just depends on how bad ur bloat and water retention is, start on .25 and if u find ur still to bloated increase it to .5

ur PCT is good just remeber u need to run HCG through ur whole cycle so ur testies dont shrink up and that way when u end the cycle theyll already be functioning

im cant remember atm how much HCG to run weekly on cycle so im sure someone in this forum will tell u, prob VET

get ur diet down sinc eits most important, if u need help with ur diet go to the diet section of this forum and post up ur diet and goals and let them help u out

Haha, yea I left alot out it was late when I posted it and I had been working all day...Here is what it should've looked like

Dbol: Weeks 1-4 50mg ed
Test E: Weeks 1-16 500mg per week
Deca: Weeks 1-16 400mg per week

I was thinking about increasing my test and deca sometime in my cycle, not sure when, to maybe 750mg test and 600mg deca a week. So I need help and maybe some input with that.

Yea another question is basically what is the best ancillary compound to use while on cycle, a test deca dbol cycle. I dont get gyno or hairloss but I do get acne. I wanted to try to lessen the acne, which I am not sure is even possible but i can deal with it regardless, and mainly to reduce the bloat. My face swells up and people start making comments. I have heard that reducing some estrogen or progesterone can reduce bloat but I am not sure.

you re gonna need to stop the deca 2 weeks before you stop the test so the deca can have enough time to clear your system. so stop it week 14

the adex will only be needed EOD, not ED. it can help with the acne, not guranteed everyone is diff. i personally dont break out on cycle

if you re worried about other sides of deca u have a few options, a prolactin antagonist like bromo or caber, or b6

Thanks guys, yea my friend recommended the arimidex EOD but I wasnt sure. I am able to get some caber so I will keep that on hand if armidex isnt doing the trick.

Got my cycle ready now I just need to get my diet down.
