It should, since its inhibiting the conversion of Test into DHT, which usually occurs at a high rate in skin tissue. You should be warned however that Test is powerful specifically because it is converted to DHT via 5-alpha reductase. Testosterone itself actually forms a weaker bond with the Androgen receptor than does Nandrolone, but Dihydrotestosterone is 3 times stronger than Testosterone itself.

So when I had the choice, I opted for Tazorac cream and Doxycyline treatment and it zapped the acne pronto.
