need serious help, did an atkins diet thing and had great results
below would be my former or current efforts at dieting and working out:
meal 1- 4/5 raw eggs, 2 capsules fish oil, 1 multi vitamin
meal 2 - 3 slices lunch meat, 2 string cheese
workout-30-45mins cardio 1-1.5 hr weights
meal 3 - protein shake
meal 4 - chicken breast, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 TBs ranch dressing
not sure what else i'll have to add or edit. any and all advice. hopefully i'm ight somewhere and people point out exactly where i'm wrong.
