Nolvadex Question

Last week I started a cycle with I. Stanabolic 50mg/ml Stanozolol.

Now I've used Stanozolol in the past without using any Nolvadex or such and haven't gotten any side effects after a couple months... however I have never done a full cycle like the one I'm gonna do now... all the 20 cc, so I better prevent than later on regret.

Anyways So far I've put 3cc on me... and I got Nolvadex 10mg today.. plan to start using it right away.

However i want more information on how to use the Nolvadex is it 1 pill of 10mg everyday... do you just have to take it the days you get a shot? And also will it reduce the good effects of the Stanozolol, if yes, is there anyways to lessen the loss of benefits?

Basically I am putting 2 cc (100 mg of stanozolol) every monday and thursday for a total of 200mg per week.. I workout from monday to friday... Getting around 180-200grms of pretein per day... VERY low carb and calorie diet... Have a total of 20 cc so thats 1000 mg of Stanozolol for 5 weeks.

As for PCT I haven't thought of one yet, any ideas?

ok, here goes:
you are too young to be using steroids.
you have no idea what you are doing.
winny needs to be used every day, and is pretty much useless if you're over 10% body fat.
at your age, you need proper diet, training, and lots and lost of research before you start taking steroids.

if you knew your knowledge you'd know that. want the chiseled look like a marble statue? take a short ester test and masteron and primobolan. youll have a more"winstrol" look than winstrol can give you
