Right, I've only just recently started a full time job 9-5 mon-fri and struggling for a solid diet plan. I'm 21 years old and 170lbs. Being new to this 9-5 job, i'm struggling to find what's right for me when it comes to a diet, having being used to a student life far from being 9-5. My aim is to build lean muscle. For the past few weeks I haven't really been keeping to a diet, as i'm still getting used to the job.
Has anyone got any advice or an example of a weekly diet planner?
Also, i'm up at around 7:30am to get ready for work and not home until 6pm. When would the best time to train be? I assume in the morning before work when testosterone levels are higher?
Ideally i'd like to get started by Monday next week.
