not a controlled substance, not considered a steroid, illegal without a prescription the answer if u get caught with it by a police officer and u bullshit him on y u have it, he'll probably throw it out if hes cool, or you'll get a fine, you could get prisohn time at the absolute worse but im sure that would be a case of the straw that broke the camels back
