when i did keto i was shitting liquid for awhile
after few days you get use to it, but ur shit really doesnt change much
usually its caused by the higher fat intake
what ur keto diet looking like atm, usually u can find what foods cause it the worst

I would like any more/other options for this diet for the greens all im eating is lettuce. how about broccoli? it has 4g of carbs tho.
I've heard of people having 10-20gs a day is that ok on this diet?

Just at glance your carbs still seem a bit high and your protein looks even higher. Post your macro breakdown and lets take a look!...TOP
where are my carbs high at? I see the only thing im taking with carbs is lettce and almonds. Let me know I wanted to be able to do this right.

I like to go very low carb,like under 20-30 a day.There are 12 carbs in a serving of peanut butter.There are carbs in the nuts you eat. It may not seem like alot but over the day it adds up,so write it down and know what you are putting in! Also your protein looks a little high also. In my opinion when doing keto Fats should be way higher than protein...TOP
Also what are your stats? Are you female? Whats your TDEE(total daily energy expenditure?
Im a male and I work construction constantly moving up n down stairs and ladders lifting shit, etc. Im constantly sweating too, and Im not sure of what macro means.but if it means to add up all the food im taking in here goes.

so you're 6'4, 300lbs. what's your approximate body fat?
I actually think your protein intake is ok. I would just like to see you spread it out over 7 meals.
I agree with Ranging, definitely up the fat intake. And TOP is right as well, you'll do better off other EFA sources.
Well no more diarrea but shiting soft. and I also figured my fat source wasnt enough. im on my 4th day feeling weak but dedicated. and thinkin more about my goal. about my body fat % im not sure. But I will be posting pics up on the members photos tonight maybe you guys can give me an approximate.
I went to my doctor yesterday and I wasnt happy he pretty much was busy and rushed me outta there. But I will make another appt. my blood pressure is 136/80.
one question I havent started any thing yet as in ephedra or clen. But which one works the best results?
I took these green stingers with alot of ephedra but I didnt feel as much as I felt with another one that was a pentagon shaped yellow pill that had less in it but worked better on my body. maybe less ephedra works better for me? or should I just go with clen?

You can take my advice or not but i advise you do not touch the fat burners yet!! Allow the diet to do its work first!! Diet will always win over clen or any other substance...TOP

Yes but with you being over 300lbs at a high bf diet is going to be a world of difference! Use the diet first. Once you get down lower start using weapons to help you get lower!! Not to mention im not sure what clen would do to a person with your stats!! Its uneeded at the moment trust me!
Yea that makes sence.... any how Im beginving to feel great its only been 4 days and ppl have notice a change in my face. i always remembered i hit a platau at around 260lbs.
oh and the cheating situation im planing to do it saturday 1 cheat meal is that good? then go back sunday with the routine.
and im still not 100% sure on what meal to have for cheating and how many carbs or fat. because im afraid of messing up the diet.
btw I havent bought the strips but I think im on ketosis. Im feeling all the symtoms I get small headaches, liquidy craping, pale in the face, and I could barely lift what I can really lift. but my cardio energy is their 100%.
am I on ketosis?
^Like ive said before ketosis is just the side effect of having high fat low to no carb. When you limit your carbs your body doesnt have a choice but to revert to ketones. So dont lose sleep over wondering if you are in ketosis. But if you must know pick up some ketostix at your pharmacy. In your cheat meal i would say bump the carbs lower the fat protein moderate..TOP
