hi guys been reading a bit of different training stlyes etc of late and im interested in trying doggcrap stlye or of something simliar.
Ive trained for 10 years doing a traditional 1 bodypart a day over 6 days and 1 day of a week.Im looking for something to add size i competed 2 times last year in australia with a first and a second weighing 215 pounds on stage.
Ive read into the dogcrap a bit. could some1 put up there routine there been doing with sets reps etc and let me know how its worked for them.
I get the whole rest pause thing with sets but i dont understand how many sets and excerises per bodypart i would use?
