Ok thanks guys....
Here is the deal, my wife is 21 and very beautiful. But is getting out of shape.
Here are the stats...( I think she wont tell me...lol)
Height - 5'8.5
Weight - 142
So she hold weight well because of her height.
Her goal..when I asked her are these:
1. Toned body. (No flabby arms, saddles bags, and firm tight butt)
2. Not to loose breath when active
I understand that dieting is the key...I am going to go over to the diet section next..and get some tips...(My diet is down)
But now just looking for a workout routine for her to do...
