people get paranoid becaus they think they have to go to the gym and burn 3500 cals of straight away they forget even the slightest of things outside gym u burn cals off

i concur, its 3500. burn 600-700 calories a day 5times a week, and you;ll burn about 1 pound of fat a week, which is said to be the healthy amound.
