Steriod advice

Hello I need some advice please, I took steriods(deca,dianabol, sustenon) over a 5 year period, I used about 30 injections each over the 3 year period. I never used anything for ati-gyno.

It has been over 6 years now since I last taken any roids....do I still need to take anything for anti-gyno or is it to late...I have notice my breats getting more softer

That would be most likely access body fat and can be taken care of with diet and cardio.
