I watched the Videos on "want to learn how to diet" sticky. I also read on the site somewhere to have 2:1 C:P post workout. I got about 8-10lbs left on my cut. I usually have 2 scoops whey (50g protein, 10g carbs), 50g carbs dextrose, and a banana. This comes out to pretty much 2:1 ratio, however is this bad if im trying to get cut?
