i am 5 weeks into a 10 week cycle of test/deca/dbol and i tore
my left front delt doing incline dumbell press.
My question is should i continue my cycle and train legs/abs or ditch
the cycle until my delt recovers. The physio reckons 4 weeks rehab before i start with the weights on it, i'm pissed about it but trying to turn it into a positive by working my calves and abs which is a weakness..
