If this is your first cycle just keep it simple. Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, rest, PCT with Nolva & Clomid. Don't stack stuff on your first cycle if you react to a compound you can't troubleshoot your cycle. You should know that your endocrine system doesn't mature until about age 25. It isn't advised that people under 25 use AAS. Your endo system could get messed up.

Definitely use some additional testosterone. You will gain much better,,look better,,and feel better.

yes i am running with test but i have read about many different types of test what do you consider to be the best and safest. And what about the liver and anti-estrogen?

Test E/C. Use the dbol for about 4 weeks at 30-50 mg/ED. By week 4 the test will be kicking in, hence using the dbol as a kick start. If you're concerned about liver, you can use Liv52 (I believe it's called LiverCare in USA) but at that dose it shouldn't be too harsh on your liver. Just try to refrain from other liver stresses like alcohol. Anti-estrogen you can use nolva 2 weeks after your last injection at 40/40/20/20.
