Need help on PCT

Hi guys, please help.

HCG - 5000mg, 5 days before end of the cycle (before last shot of Enanthate)
- 5000mg, last day of the cycle (with last shot of enanthate)

Nolva - 2 weeks after the last shot of enanthate (2 tabs daily for 2 weeks)

I read and research daily but PCT part is difficult to understand. Expert view with layman's PCT terms is required. I am on my 5th week of the cycle and already worried about my PCT.

Please advice

i have re-structured my PCT.

Week Nolvadex HCG Vitamin E
1 40mgs/day 500iu/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day

Also doubtful about the start of my PCT. Should i wait for 2 weeks after my last shot of test or 5 days after the test shot.
