Smoke at 215 lbs ripped with wheels this time :)

Although my wheels still way behind, I call this a HUGE progress compares to couple years ago. My right leg used to be paralyzed and in cast for 1 year, followed by 4 years of rehab for both legs.
All pix are taken last night, feedback is really appreciated

I hope I can get my legs together by next July for a show

hey bro nice, pics. only advice is to keep the conditioning and KILL legs when you train them, lots of deep squats and leg presses. use nothing but compound movements when training legs, save all the isolation stuff for contest prep. good luck

Smoke, Nice job - you look solid & lean! Wheels look great - Legs will come up w/ your next cycle. Arms & chest look awsome - I'd say put a little more size on your traps/delts too! Great work, bro!

My ultimate goal would be ending up with a body like yours. Can you answer a few questions so I can put things into perspective?

How old are you? Stats? What was your starting point? How long have you been training? Any cycles?

Thanks, and good luck on your show.

Thx for the kind word my friend.
    Im 28, 6ft, 215lbs, male
Starting points was 15 years ago at age 13.
My traininig history is too long but there are many threads about my previous cycles and different weights and shapes i've been through.

I did manily long term cycles, 6 months + up to 14 months.
I found out that light long-er term cycles works best for steady solid gains FOR ME.
    feel free to PM anytime.

    Thanx again
