^^^ x2. Also, IMO you're a bit young to cycle. You look like you have plenty of natural potential. If I were in your shoes, i'd eat big, stay natural for now and grow.

whatever you decide to do, you need to put on some more muscle. You're very lean, which is good because you can do a nice clean bulk without worrying about your BF% that much, but you look kind of skinny IMO in the front shot.

Run or cycle for 10 minutes (to warm up)
Squats - 5 sets of between 8 and 12 reps
Leg Extensions - 4 sets of 10 reps
leg curls- 4 sets of 10 reps
and finish with Calf Raises - 5 sets of 12 reps

What kind of weight are you using for the squats? Also, I like using Hack Squats and Leg Presses more than just the squats.

how long have you been doing this for?
have your legs been getting stronger?
are you taking in enough calories?

Also, throw in leg press, lunges, and sldl's

my legs are weak compare to the upper body i start with 45s and add 5s each reps..

and back on AAS (very important) will i have problemes getting my d*** up after my first cycle???

    So basically you do:

    135 x 12
    145 x 10
    155 x 10
    165 x 8
    175 x 8

If that's the case, maybe try just warming up with 135 for a couple sets or do leg extensions for a warmup, then do:

    135 x 12
    165 x 10
    195 x 6/8

You always want to be doing more weight. If you are constantly using the same weight and same reps, your body will never grow.

And you shouldn't have problems with your d*** as long as you do a proper PCT.

i ve been doing it for a few months i have a lot of catching up to do compare to the upper body..
my body reacts really fast so they got stronger really cut they have like cuts everywhere but they dont really gain in mass and my calfs are not really improving..
and for the calories.. yes im taking enought i have a good diet but i feel like all the weight i put on goes to the upper body :S
can't wait to start my first cycle to grow my legs!

^^^ couple months is nothing, i've been hitting my legs hard for almost 2 years now and still feel like they are lagging behind upper body. A cycle right now would only magnify your disproportions.

i dont think so because ill be focusing more on my legs than anything and working them 2-3 times more than upper body with a lot of abs and core to balance out everything..
and when i mean a few months i mean ive been working them out more those last months than i use to but ive been working everypart of my body on and off for years..
