I think I came on here and expressed my doubts on whether or not the steroids I was taking were working at all. I am nearing the end of Week 5 and the beginning of Week 6 of a Test E 500mg/week, Dianabol 50mg/day & HCG 500iu/week cycle. I just discontinued the Dianabol a few days ago as it had almost been 6 weeks and I figured it was time to stop and just go on with the Test for about 12 weeks.
Well I just benched more than I've ever done in my entire life. With ease. I just benched 315x12 easily, 405 was so easy I could probably get it for 3-4-5 I don't know. I'm talking years of training, eating loads of creatine and gainers and I've never lifted 315 for even 10 reps. I just did a 10x set 365x8 squat routine last week. My back hurt that day, otherwise I could have done much more, like 400 something for whatever.
I'm eating mostly tuna and protein powder with several cups of oatmeal and peanut butter. But I eat in excess of my body weight's worth of protein grams daily. I eat high glycemic carbs only at breakfast and after a workout, and nothing but oatmeal and peanut butter after that. Should I take in more than 1x my body weight's worth of protein? I'm a bit above that, but maybe I should eat 2x? I just keep gaining!
Unprecedented strength gains. So awesome. It's just going to be so depressing when I stop. I'll have to wait another 12 weeks and hold my breath till I can get back on. Should I take Clomid + Nolvadex for PCT or just one or the other? So many opinions on this. I have both.
I can see that this activity is going to be very mentally addicting. But I don't feel crazy or enraged. Some acne going on strangely enough, even though I haven't had problems with it for about 10 years or so.
Still gotta perfect the Arnold noises. That's really what makes lifting worth it, I think.
