First timer...Suggestions

Can you guys suggest a good steroid for a first time user? Im 23 5' 7" 170lbs ...just want a little more muscle and strength, nothing crazy...

I would recommend running only one compound to begin with

Test at 500 mg for 12 weeks is the usual beginner cycle
