    bf 12% maybe a touch higher

    So I have been trolling for awhile now trying to gain as much knowledge as I can. I am starting a new cycle this week maybe next. Going to run prop and tren. My question is that my source which I get alot of my info says that we only need to run for 5 to 6 weeks then off for 4 then back on for 5 to 6 weeks. I just thought that is really short run. I have been out of the aas game for sometime. I thought that 8 weeks was the sweet spot for the prop. I have not used tren but have herd awesome things about it. Just looking to get some more info. Like I said been out of the game for a while and want a new perspective on it. Also what is a good beginners dose of the tren I know it can be harsh on some people but my dude says its no big deal.

    limted to a couple test cycles had surgery a while back been back in the gym a year lost a lot of strength and size. First time with the tren. So i trust my dude wouldn't put me in a bad situation. I just thought that run is short. He works out with some major players so I trust him and his gear. Just trying to gain as much info and knowledge as possible thanks.

    Why would you put in you public profile that you have no cycle experience but now your saying you have, just interested???

    just looking for typical doseage for newbie for the tren. Also about running the prop and tren for 5 to 6 weeks. I was thinking 8 off for 3 to 4 then back on 8. Oh any thoughts on the ar-r liquidex

    Newbies dont run tren, tren is such a harsh compound its advised that you leave it until 5/6 cycle with many years of training and dieting behind them...

    Like I said i don't know what my profile says. I have read this board for a long time and search and keep seeing don't use tren this and that. Then I see prop and tren is the best. So I understand I can save the tren for down the road. why is it reserved for the guys with 5/6 cycles. other than they know how the body reacts to different compounds. They still won't know how the body reacts to tren until they incorperate tren into the cycle. This is a question and answer board and im asking a question. I not making statements that I know this or that. I am trying to gain some valuable information from people i think have that knowledge. Im am sorry that i didn't put my cycle exp in my profile. it's limited like i said.

    So if this is the case lets start with a simple test cycle..

    Test e @ 400/500mgs ew..

    Pct 14 days after last shot.

    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20..

    Or is it that you've spent a little time reading and you noticed that tren wasnt for newbies so you decided to tell us that you have done a number of cycles...

    If it is that you've actually done a number of cycles then id suggest you leave aas well alone looking at your weight, you would be better off reviewing your diet in the diet forum..

    LOL. this is funny stuff. yeah I 18 pretending to 36. I am just trying to get some info from a group that has knowledge far greater than I on a subject. I am not trying to misrepresent myself and I am sorry if you guys feel that I have. To make my profile I am 36 white male from ohio with a long history of weight trainnig I had a medical problems 3 years ago after that got back into it a little. Now I have not missed a workout in over a year. I live a very strict diet because of my past medical problems. I would say right now my BF is at 12% mybe a touch higher. I do not drink or use drugs. I am just trying to maximize my body to its fullest. I know full well that aas are not for everyone and I am not going into this blindly or without as much info as possible thats why I am asking questions.

    well one thing. taking a 3 week break and going back on is not a good idea. Your not taking enough time off to let your body recover.

    Ok let me point you in the right direction, because you have never done a cycle then its important to look at beginners cycles.

    This would be a test only cycle with a basic pct....

    You will find all the information you need in the educational threads at the top of this forum...
