Planning my first cycle! ...any input appreciated

Im currently on a natural cut, just diet and cardio. ive got my body fat almost where i want it to be before i start cycling, so within around a month or two i am wanting to begin my first injectable cycle.

My question is what would be a good cycle for me?? i know the usual first time cycle is test e and dbol but ill give you my stats and a pic to see if any 1 may be able to help me talior a cycle that would be good for where im at right now for example a bulk or a cut, what to stack with etc

    Stats
    Age 26
    Height 5 ft 9
    Weight 188lbs
Bf not sure maybe 10-12% ( any guesses)

For first time cycle the best thing to run is a single ester test (Prop, cyp, enethate). Anavar is a great oral for a first time user that wants strength, hardness cut and vasularity but it is pricey. You would be fine with just a test for your first time. see how your body reacts then bulid future cycles up from there.

    Awesome cheers man

i think ill stay away from the prop because of it being my frist cycle and that requiring EOD injections

    soo how would this look
    1 -12 week Test E (500mg)
    1 - 4 Dbol (40 mg)

Where did you learn it was usual? Sure Ive seen it the last few days since Ive actually joined, but most of the posts going back a few months recommend test only for a first cycle.

007 here we go again...really? I openly admit I have ran a dbol only cycle but if you read my opening post to this thread it says I'm planning on running my first INJECTABLE cycle. Cmon man stop tryin to make me look a dick when I'm not lying about my past cycle I'm just tryin to do the sensible thing and get knowledge before jumping into another cycle.

And ok maybe usual was the wrong word to use let's say that a novice is often advised to run test e and dbol. But maybe I'm wrong that's why I'm looking for the advice man.

No, you stick with the test e and dbol and you'll be fine..

Pct would look something like this..

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

Thanks man much appreciated. See we can get along lol

So here's another question I have, when cycling should I change up my workout routine? Like should I add another exercise each day, more sets etc

if needed I'm more than happy to post up my current workout

Its always advisable to change your routine regardless, i change mine every 6/8 weeks...

I'll stay in the 4/6 rep range for 6 week then switch to the 10/12 rep range, its all about tricking the body...

However you must remember than overtraining can be counter productive, imo you should never be lifting for more than 1 hour each session..

Even with steroids? I always read that you should increase the volume and time with steroids. But I may be wrong.

Yeah I was kinda thinking the same as above but I do try and change my workout every so often.
I'll post my up when I have some time later on today just to make sure it's good enough to achieve the best results I can while cycling.

You have to be even more careful when you're on cycle, my .02. I found that on my first cycle I got so stinking strong. "Strong" is a relative word, right? I gained about 100lbs on my bench. I just freaked out and went overboard. I was training hard and I blew out my shoulder. It took a year for it to heal. Test @ 500mg/wk tend to thin out the soft connecting tissue in the joints. Be careful not to over do it. Your muscles will get stronger much faster than your connecting tissues.

Here's another question for ye it's abit of a shot in the dark as noome maybe able to answer.
How much mass do you think I could gain on a 12week dbol and test cycle? I know everyone reacts differently but with my diet, workout and rest all being good, anyone give me an estimate.

not to change the topic of discussion... and im not saying you will do this but don't be one of those guys who starts a cycle and only focuses on bench or one muscle group in particular. I know when im on cycle i would love to bench everyday because people just seem to stare. Makes me feel like a beast. anyways as far as over training goes i guarantee you that when must people hurt their shoulders while doing bench it is more than likely from to much chest work and not enough back. I am not pointing fingers at anyone. Just speaking from my own personal knowledge and experience.

Make the most of your cycle and pay attention to every muscle group. Everyone is different. Your body will let you know when it wants rest, just make sure you listen.

Yeah man thanks for that but I love to work every muscle group in the gym. I play rugby so being strong on chest/back/shoulders etc is needed I hate to see guys who have huge chests and then a really poor back or skinny legs.
My goal from this cycle is to impove everythingg ther will be no muscle forgotten about.

Good work man! Have you read Doggcraps training tecqnic yet? I'm work on my own version of that. Let's say you train the typical one body part a week. But on chest day you do your delt raises front, side, rear...and leave dips or decline out. And on legg day you leave deads out. And on shoulders you leave the delt raises out. And on back you leave high rows out.... Then after a day or 2 of rest or are not soar. You have a day ware you incorperate all those left out movements. BAM you have one hell of a workout you can even turn some of those into a huge compound movement for power like the snatch clean presses. Upright rows w a press. Along w weighted dips ect. By DC theory w some tweaking you now can hit your groups like 2X in 8 days or so. Note the weeks will not be the traditional mon-chest, tue-legs,..which means your workouts will not always fall on the same day every week. And you must be pretty healed by that compound day. Just a thought? I've been doing stuff like this for about 3 weeks now. I'm still trying to get used to the new split, cuz my work schedual sucks! Btw keep up the good work man!
