Can Aromasin be any different & helpful?

hey fellas, I'm trying to get rid of this puffy nipple I got now one year after I last used letro following my last cycle of test E, dbol and clomid nolve throughout. But here is the disturbing question now: can aromasin be of any help to get rid of this puffiness forever?

Are you running an AI?

Why mine get puffy I up my AI. If that doesn't do the trick, I will incorporate a low dose of Nolva.

I was considering getting some aromsin, but wait a second what is AI? for how many weeks do u take it and what dosage? And did it get rid of your puffy nipples permanently? I had some luck with letro and clomid but it was all temprorary. Thanks

AI= aromatase inhibitor=aromsin, letro, adex

SERM=Nolva, clomid, torm
