Hey fellas, I'm in the first week of a test e 500mg/wk dbol 25mg/wk cycle and I'm experiencing some pain/soreness in between my pecs. It's mainly when I breathe in really deep or flex my pecs. It is also sore if I push on the area which leads me to think it's just the muscle that is sore from a workout. I have no other sides.. no headaches and no signs of high BP. And to be more specific, this is the fifth day I've been on. Is this something I should be worried about? I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thanks
