Bf %: Going to get it checked, probably around 20ish.
Weight: 194
Height: 5'8"
Lifting expierience: Lifted for 10 years, took a few years off lifting consistently, though had a month sprint here an there. Currently on a 7 month sprint. I have kids and don't give a crap about my ballz. Wish I got them cut off years ago.
Last Nov went on a cut, lost 25 lbs in 6 months dieting and liftin alone, good gains made in the gym. Got to 174 lbs, then got put on TRT, back up to 194 lbs in 7 weeks. Some of it was fat due to a slack diet. However, massive gains made in the gym. Especially my legs.
200 mg of test cyp on Mondays, 100 mg of test cyp on Thursdays for 12 weeks. (300 mg per week)
Tamifoxen on hand in case I decide I need an AI
Letro on hand in case gyno starts (won't be needed).
I am going to run Clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off throughout the cycle.
I do not plan to run an AI at the start, and since I am on TRT I won't be doing an PCT.
Note: I am currenly already on 200 mg per week for TRT and my test is around 700 and e2 around 30 5 days after an injection.
I know some will say my dose of test is low but given what I have done on 200 mg I expect good results with an extra 100 mg per week. I appear to bind to the test really well. If I feel it wearing off will bump to 400 mg per week
I just maxed out recently (with good form), here's some stats:
Sqats: 350
Flat Bench: 260
I think thats pretty good for a small framed short guy like me so far.
