Keep your diet and workout the same during PCT.
I like to change the workout at the end of the cycle. I feel by changing the split which may have been kept for the whole cycle you will keep your workouts fresh and and will find it easier to keep the intensity up. Often you will need to reduce the volume or frequency, but the keep the intensity.
Diet keep the keep the cals high.
