Hey my good bro's, extra long vacation - but it's good to be back. On a blast right now 200enth 2xweek 100 deca 2xweek. Still on hgh, off of caber, adex .25 2xweek. Down to 200 now up to 210.

Good to see new members and the "old" ones still around.

How long are you going to blast at 200x2, what was your maintenance dose of TRT before, and how long did did it take on your blast dosage before you noticed the changes?

10 weeks, on week 4. Noticed changes first week. I was settled into my trt pretty well but when I started the blast went through another round of the old bod saying wtf? - here we go again...settled back down a little now. I was off adex on my maintenance dose of 200/week and just taking zinc. E2 levels were right without it. Back on a low dose now as a precaution. BF is the devil for so many issues. When I dropped a lot of it most problems went away. I give blood every 6 weeks and that has helped a ton as well. I have also seen my cholest go from over 300 to 199 in the past 4 months.

Yeah, kind of Zona without the Dave ... That's another one that's at the top of the MIA chart for this forum. I figured he was running your clinic for you, while you were in the pool with his Avi :P

Anavar, yum! I think you picked a good flavor, Flats! How long have you been on the deca? You taking that mostly for joint relief? That might be a great combo with the HGH! Are you looking to drop back down to 200?

Pretty much on the deca for 3 months I think - maybe 4. Mostly for the knee. Loving it, but was wondering about the next 5-6% bf and if it would help. Kinda stuck right now. diet diet diet I know....
