i want to make sure i have this wright. deca the magic number is day four i have heard to take your shot. so should i take 1.5 cc every 4 days? and the test stays in you for 8 days. so should i take the test every 8th day 1.5cc. i have been told 3.5 days but that seems to close. not sure if i should take both every 5th day.

deca and test should be shot every 3.5 days, yes the test might stay in you for that long but it tapers off, so to keep your blood levels of the test and deca steady shoot every 3.5!

how much mg/per week are you taking of the deca and test?

yea i have cycled before with 1cc of each but i am doing 1.5cc of each and i wasn't sure if every 3.5 days i should take both or spread them out cause different timing. i want to make sure i am doing it 100% correct catch my levels when there dropping

x 2... makes it so much easier to remember. I know lots of guys who believe that the longer esters are ok to shoot once a week and to each their own, but what happens when you miss a shot and fall a day or 2 behind? If you are pinning every 3.5 days, getting behind a day still keeps you in more than acceptable blood level stability, but if your run once a week, and miss a day, now you push it to 8 or 9 days in betwen and thats not best for stability

1.5cc means nothing to us.

Get used to talking about your cycle info in terms of mg's not cc's, since we dont' know the concentration of your gear.

But yes, KP and I already said to take both every 3.5 days.

awesome guys, i have till sept 28 to start my cycle, i will post pix weekly to see me change into beast man.lol hopefully would like to get up to 215 lean i will also be taking winstrol 50mg between wk 8-14

You could split it if injecting into smaller muscle groups.

Glutes could take 3cc's.

I would split the shots up. 3CC is a lot to shoot. Most Ive done was 2.5 in glutes and I could tell it was more than I should.

Yea 3 CC is alot for even glutes to take, Id split it up

3cc's is fine for glutes..never had a problem in my 6 cycles i've ran..go for it!

i usaly do 2cc in one shot, ill try 3cc see how it goes, it seems i am used to spreding my shot out. every 7th day. so i cant wait to see how i feel when i shoot 3cc every 3.5 days. im doing 12 week cycle

yah, worse case they are just filler... even rat poison costs money so if its fake gear they wouldnt have bothered to spend that much on it anyways =)
