    Legs unbearable...???

Trained legs yesterday everything was normal (diet, training). About 4 sets in my legs started to cramp up. I worked through it but my legs were saw as anything the whole time. And now today it hurts to walk. Sought of feeling like it's first time training legs for a year! Iv been training legs twice a week for over a year. I'm always saw but never this bad... Any1 had this?

    you mean sore?

potassium, magnesium, calcium... make sure you supplement with these
    eat bananas
drink diet tonic water, contains quinine, helps prevent cramps

If you are having issues with a muscle it is not advisable to push through it. take a week or two rest then try it again

Thanks times il have a look at trying a few of those... Dec11 I used to train legs once a week but my trainer has got doing it twice a week every second week, he knows what his doing so il listen to him for now... And twist it was a cramp and I was able to overcome it so I continued, but yeh if it was something majority would have stopped for sure.

There starting to feel better now but I never been this saw ever! Mayb justsomething random. See how I go on legs in the next few days...

    Thanks guys
